On chain restaurants, that just serve fast food, I think it's important to give out feed back some people know the good or not so good locations. There are good Dunkin's, and bad Dunkin's. This one is excellent on many fronts. They are pretty quick. The different people will try to start your order cooking before you have even officially ordered. And that is to say the customer service is far above. It was no one person. It is the type of place where positivity and kindness pervades the whole team working here. It's a clean place, with the usual assortment of wifi'ers pecking away at laptops. It has a nice outdoor seating area as well. Its shaded with plenty of tables. It's above average because this location shares the outdoor patio with 3 other restaurant chains. Overall it's hard to better than this location does.

I have never made a review about any drive thru restaurant before but this place deserves my time. I've been going here 2-3x a week for 9 months now & I have to applaud everyone that works there. Amazing personalities to greet you & wait on you EVERY TIME! People that really brighten you day no matter what. Food is always fresh & hot. Drink are always mixed to perfection. Really the best all the way around!

Wow, they moved 2 doors down and ruined the place. Been going here 4-5 times a week for years. Since moving, I found parking to be a hassle. The new place is bigger but somehow always looks dirty. I'll miss the girls having my coffee ready when I'm in line but I think I'm done here. I stop now maybe once a week at most. There's 2 other locs nearby maybe I'll give one of them a shot

I would give most Dunkin' Donuts shops a 2.5 stars. It's meh but some of them have their routine down so well that there may be a long line but you still leave the shop within 5 minutes. The last time I went, I think they had some people in training because my order was all messed up, no one really knew what I ordered and I ended up sitting at a deserted drive through for like 10 minutes. I only come here for my husbands love for their sausage, egg and cheese croissant. I don't really care for their coffee and their doughnuts are super sweet, small and just meh.

Friendly staff! Very thoughtful! I ordered a med caramel ice coffee but i completely forgot to say DECAF. After i paid for my drink. I came back inside and ordered the same only DECAF. The woman who took my order prior, said "oh i gave you decaf the first time because i noticed you are pregnant." i was pleasantly surprised because that's what i wanted to order that in the first time. Thanks DD!!!

Best and friendliest DD in the area. We would go to no other one. Freshest and best variety of donuts. They receive 2 deliveries a day. I love April! She makes us smile every time we visit! Love the new store size and the outdoor seating area with ceiling fans. I must have my iced coffee and if you need your coffee too...this is the place to go!

I asked for a iced coffee and the charge me for the white cup. Yes the hot cup that comes with the iced coffee. Ridiculous. I'm massachusetts they don't charge ..with comes with 2 ice coffee. Very disappointed. Terrible service the lady on the drive thru was very rude.

Very rude and extremely unprofessional!!! The Manager tries to ACT like she's not upholding her employees B.S., but she is... Maybe one day someone in there will be intelligent enough to do the math and figure out how much an individual brings to your business when they spend 8 bucks a day for a year.

If you go in the morning, it's packed with kids from the high school ordering their iced lattes and breakfast sandwiches. Don't bother going inside, go through the drive thru, its faster. Having said that, stick with a tea because the coffee tastes like old filter water.

After a 12-hour drive from Atlanta, bf and I were about to go nuts. Having lived very close to this DD, we stopped here after finding the nearby Publix closed due to how early it was (I wanted to get some croquettas, empanadas, and papas rellenas--which you can get at many Publix grocery stores in south FL but nowhere in Atlanta). Bf got a latte with a sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich on croissant and I got a multigrain bagel with lite cream cheese. Everything was standardly good and we enjoyed our generic breakfast slowly in the rental Ford Escape. We were quite happy and I am pretty sure that I have an extra special recollection of the meal because of the ridiculously long drive we had endured. Regardless, I recommend this Dunkin' Donuts. Good, fast service and if you get there in the morning, everything is fresh (not saying they aren't at later hours, I wouldn't know).

After they moved next door and added the drive thu the service has been terrible and this wasn't my only occasion they have messed up my order multiple times.I asked for two donuts and asked her did you hear that she reply yes since they did the same thing to me the time before that.when I drove off I realized it was only one donut. Today I ordered Caramel iced coffee with cream and sugar no caramel to be found in my coffee. This place is very inconsistent it's very rarely I get a good iced coffee but I'm happy when I get the person that makes it good but that's rare. I think the staff needs more training

I'd rather walk inside this location than going through the drive through down the street. People are nicer, they didn't jack their prices up as much (paid an extra .50 at other location for a med iced). The baristas are always on point and friendly. Best news is they're moving next door WITH a drive through!! I'll go out of my way for this location any day!!

Used to come to this location when it was a couple doors down. It was great up until they moved. The ladies that worked at the old one were polite and always got my order correct. Now it's awful. The service is rude, when someone says thank you, you reply with your welcome. Unfortunately the employees there can't make a good cup of coffee. Every time I go there my coffee is so burnt. On top of that they were not trained properly on what is extra cream vs cream and sugar vs extra sugar. It's worth it to order the coffee black and put the cream and sugar in yourself, that is if the coffee isn't burnt. Management needs to step up their game and retrain the employees or they won't stay open for long.

Early one morning and wanting caffeine badly. Yes, Dunkin Donuts, so love their coffee. H, ordered a breakfast sandwich and coffee and I ordered a cappucino. Very nice location, clean, and large with very friendly associates. It was an assembly line that went quickly with great service! I so prefer their coffee over the big boy's Starbucks! H, enjoyed his sandwich and I so enjoyed my coffee, made perfectly. It gave me the boost of energy I so desperatley needed. They had fresh donuts, croissants, and bagels, and all of their tray's were filled to the max, awesome selection. Thanks for coming to my rescue. Great location.
